Seeking new inspiration, our ever dedicated leaders Andrea Keith and Johannah Waite have hit the road the past Monday to visit our friends over at Abriendo Mentes.
On the infinite timeline of CREAR's life 2013 will definitely stand out as a growth spurt! Since the acquisition and opening of our new office we've been able to make great headway both in the community with our volunteers and behind the scenes with some ancillary administrative tasks.

1ST annual CREAR EARTH PARTY & Beach Clean up

A fun filled day with a party, music and cleaning up the beach! The event begins at noon, and will consist of a beach and river cleanup followed by the party!

CREAR is happy to announce the beginning of their weekday English Program. Thanks to the help of their new volunteer English Teacher, Kat, CREAR will be offering English classes on Wednesdays from 10:30am to 11:30am (location Intercultura) and 12:00pm to 1:00pm (location Salon Comunal) in Samara and 1:30pm-2:30pm (location Salon Comunal) in El Torito.
CREAR is also excited to welcome Kat to our team. Here is a little background information on the newest member of CREAR!
Kelly and Kristen have joined the CREAR team as Education Coordinators. Together they are responsible for planning interactive and educational lesson plans for the Samara and El Torito programs.

October is Earth Science Month here at CREAR, and what better way to start it off than with a week learning about plants and seeds? As we educate the kids of Samara, and the surrounding communities, on how plants grow, the organization is undergoing changes, and growing as well.
